THE RIGHT TOOL, FOR THE RIGHT JOB.
ELM was founded by a retired U.S. Army Warrant Officer to solve the last tactical mile of accountability: tool room operations, key-and-padlock control, inventory management, and inspection readiness at the point of execution.
Built from decades of Army logistics, DoD systems, and field-level maintenance experience, ELM delivers purpose-built control systems for environments where manual records, lost visibility, and delayed reporting create risk. Our solutions help units and organizations issue, return, inventory, reconcile, and document critical assets with speed, accuracy, and confidence.
From the flightline to the equipment line, accountability depends on having the right system in the hands of the people responsible for the mission. ELM provides that system.
